Bear Necessity is an adorable plush mother bear holding her cub from the Gund Signature Bear Collection. This is a limited edition of 500. This is number 383. The artist that designed this bear has signed the paw pad in silver ink. The special bond between a mother and club is expressed. Long pile jacquard plush in variegated lengths. Her pose allows her to attentively look after her baby who is also jacquard plush with an embroidered smile. Both have an ultra suede nose and weighted leather soles. Mother is 23" long in the sitting position and the Cub is 14". The cub is attached to the mother.
There are tush tags on both bear. They state Gund Signature Collection, Handmade, Surface Wash only, mild soap, brush gently, synthetic fiber. The second tush tags state First Edition 383/500.
